  • For live canvas painting, we need an approximate 4 x 4 foot space to paint at the painting site (for example, a ceremony), and we need another 4 x 4 foot space reserved in your reception area.

This location should be away from the DJ, and within 6 ft of an outlet. We recommend that you place us away from doorways or bar lines.

For guest sketches, we need a 6ft table, linen, and 1-6 chairs for the artists and/or assistants. If you cannot provide these, we will bring our own, which includes black or white linen, and champagne chairs.

We should be placed no less than 20ft away from the DJ, and within 6ft of an outlet.

Please note that the guest sketch table can get congested, so we recommend placing us in an area with plenty of space.
